PAYMENT SPLIT:

You will be paid out a total of 60% of each sale, not including shipping. 

Teaching Artist Exchange will retain a 40% service fee for each sale. This includes initial credit card transaction fees at the time of purchase.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:

You are responsible for fulfilling all tangible and digital product purchases.

Once an order has been fulfilled, be sure to mark the order status to "complete."

TAXES:

Teaching Artist Exchange has nexus in Florida.

Any products sold or shipped to a Florida address will incur sales tax.

Teaching Artist Exchange will collect and remit Florida sales taxes on behalf of all vendors.

Should Teaching Artist Exchange reach the sales tax threshold in any specific state, tax will be charged and remitted to that state by Teaching Artist Exchange on behalf of all vendors.
